Team Journey

Team Recruitment was established by Terry Allan in July 1997, following the acquisition of ABC Recruitment. Since inception, senior management have focused on developing an integrated recruitment package and have since expanded the businesses service offering.

Team’s new Quality Management System achieved ISO 9001 Accreditation
2012
Team pledge £25,000 to four local charities: CLAN, Maggie’s, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary specialist Heart and Coronary Care Unit and Friends of the Beatson
2014
Company restructure and the appointment of a new Managing Director
2015
Business diversified with the introduction of three new divisions: Commercial, Executive and Engineering in addition to the core areas of Offshore and Trades
2018
Team’s Quality Management System achieved ISO 9001:2015 Accreditation
2020
Team is now Approved Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) Certified Recruitment and Placement Agency Status
