Office Administrator / Receptionist
Job Description
Team Recruitment are currently recruiting an Office Administrator / Receptionist on behalf of our client based in Dyce, Aberdeen.
This will be a temp - perm role, 40 hours a week office based.
Duties include:
Answering client and customer calls
Greeting visitors
Paper filling and Electronic filing
Organize, store and print company documents as needed
Submit expense reports
General administration duties
Desired Qualities / Qualifications
Must have previous experience in a similar role is required.
